Who is responsible for your data?

The controller is Jianny These, operating Fruizy Studio. Contact: support@fruizy-studio.com. If you wish to exercise a data-protection right, this is the contact address to use.

Contact, applications and messages

When you send a contact message, application or creator-program request, we process the information you provide: name, message and, where applicable, nickname, Discord tag, desired role and application images. The server also records the request IP address for security and abuse prevention. A random seven-character tracking code is generated so you can check the status of your message and, when enabled, continue the conversation from the tracking page.

Name and message are required for the standard contact form. Other fields are optional unless the form marks them as required. You are responsible for not sending unnecessary sensitive or confidential information.

Audience measurement and tracked links

For internal statistics, the site records the requested page, a SHA-256 hash of the visitor IP address combined with a server-side salt, the browser User-Agent and the date/time. These records are used to count visits, estimate unique visitors and understand which pages are used. Tracked download links use similarly hashed technical identifiers and may also record country code and referrer. The former 180-day visitor cookie used by tracked links has been removed, so this system no longer needs a persistent visitor identifier cookie.

Administrator area

The private administrator area uses Discord OAuth for authentication. For authorised administrators, the site may process Discord ID, username, avatar, session identifiers, IP address, browser User-Agent, login information and security/audit events. These data are used solely to authenticate administrators, protect the back-office, manage access and keep a security trail.

Purposes and legal bases

Contact and application messages are processed to handle requests and potential collaboration, based on the legitimate interest of responding to people who contact the studio and, where relevant, taking steps at the person's request before a possible collaboration. Security, abuse prevention and administrator access controls are based on legitimate interests in securing the service. Any processing required by law is based on the applicable legal obligation. The precise legal basis may depend on the nature of the individual request.

Recipients and service providers

Data may be accessible to Fruizy Studio administrators who need it to handle a request or operate the site. The website is hosted by Discloud. Images attached to creator applications are uploaded to ImgBB when image hosting is enabled. The administrator login uses Discord OAuth. Fonts are hosted on the site itself; no font request is sent to a third party. These providers may process technical or personal data on their own infrastructure according to their own policies. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers used by the site may process data outside France or the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer occurs, it is governed by the safeguards and legal mechanisms applicable to that provider and processing. Because third-party policies can change, their current documentation should be consulted for the latest details.

Retention periods

Contact messages and their conversation history are kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful exchange, unless a longer period is required or justified by a legal obligation or dispute. The raw IP attached to a contact message is automatically cleared after 30 days. Internal page-visit and tracked-link statistics are retained for up to 180 days. Administrator sessions are automatically expired after inactivity, and security/audit records may be retained for up to 12 months. Backups and third-party services can have their own retention periods under their respective policies.

Cookies

The public site uses the fruizy_lang cookie to remember the selected language for up to one year. This cookie does not contain your name or contact information. The administrator area uses the necessary fruizy_sid session cookie to keep an authenticated session; it is not intentionally created for ordinary visitors. The previous fruizy_vid visitor identifier used by tracked links has been removed.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as a right to object and, where legally applicable, data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You can exercise your rights by emailing support@fruizy-studio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.

Security

Fruizy Studio uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect the data processed by the site, including access controls, authenticated administrator sessions, rate limiting, security headers and pseudonymisation of visitor IPs used for internal statistics. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Third-party content and links

The site may link to Discord, YouTube, Google Drive or other external services. Clicking an external link takes you to a service outside Fruizy Studio's control. That service's own privacy policy and terms then apply.

Terms of use

You must use the site lawfully and without attempting to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, bypass security, impersonate another person, send spam or submit unlawful content. Fruizy Studio may restrict access or remove submissions when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with the law.

Unless otherwise stated, original Fruizy Studio names, logos, artwork, code, text, videos and other content remain protected by intellectual-property law. You may share links to the site, but copying, redistribution or commercial reuse requires the appropriate permission or licence. Material you submit remains yours; you authorise Fruizy Studio to store and use it only as necessary to process your request and operate the relevant service.

The site is provided on an availability basis and may be changed, suspended or taken offline for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Project information and release dates may change.

French law applies, subject to mandatory rules that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the site, its providers or its data processing changes. The latest revision date is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in the published version of the policy.
