Data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to submit: your name, an optional nickname, an optional Discord tag, and your message. We also record the IP address of the request, solely to prevent abuse (rate limiting) and to generate a unique tracking code so you can check your message's status later. We do not require you to create an account or provide any data beyond what the contact form asks for.
How we use your data
Your contact form submission is used only to read and reply to your message, and to let you track its status with your tracking code. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to answering you. We never sell or rent your data, and we only share it with third parties where the law requires it.
Data retention & your rights
We keep contact messages for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and keep a record of the exchange. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you by writing to support@fruizy-studio.com. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
Cookies
This site uses a single, non-tracking cookie to remember your language preference (French/English). The admin back-office uses a separate session cookie required for it to function; it is not set for regular visitors. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't run any third-party trackers.
Terms of use
By accessing or using this site, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: disrupt or overload the site or its infrastructure; scrape or harvest content in an abusive or automated way; attempt to bypass security measures or probe the site for vulnerabilities; impersonate someone else or submit false information; or use the contact form to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to block access, delete submissions, or take any action reasonably necessary to protect the site and its users against abuse of this kind.
Content & intellectual property
All game assets, names, logos, artwork, trailers and written content on this site belong to Fruizy Studio (or are used with permission) unless otherwise stated. You may view and share links to this site, but you may not copy, redistribute, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Anything you submit through the contact form (your message, and any files you attach) remains yours, but you grant us the right to read, store, and act on it in order to reply to you.
Availability
We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — the site may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. Game release dates, roadmaps, and news posted here are subject to change without notice.
Liability
The site and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Fruizy Studio isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or from third-party sites we link to (Discord, YouTube, etc.), whose content and practices we don't control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time as the site evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
